Decorating Robot „ARTIST“

The machine consists of a dosing system in combination with a robot either in a stand-alone version or integrated into a line. Depending on the requirements and mould layout, different nozzle plates can be used. The Windows based touch screen makes changeovers very easy. Products which have been programmed can be stored and uploaded at any time.

Due to the light and accessible design of the dosing system, product changeovers as well as cleaning are extremely simple. Artist is able to handle up to 24 painting and/or decorating articles in a single operation. The system can be easily integrated in an existing production line without problems.

Each robot is equipped with an electro-control system integrated in a main control box. Due to the numerous designing details, the robot is working fast, operationally reliable and maintenance friendly. The security standard corresponds to the latest EU-Machinery regulations.
