To make automated production of bars, pralines and chocolate possible for smaller chocolatiers, AWEMA has developed the new UDM-050 with a capacity of 50 kg/h and 2×4 pistons / 4 OS nozzles. At Interpack, AWEMA will be presenting a complete UDM-050-Line to the public for the first time ever.
“Chocolatiers were always asking us to provide a line for smaller quantities. We listened and produced the new UDM-050.” says Thomas Ahlburg, CEO of AWEMA.
Due to the sophisticated software technology a wide range of different fillings can deposited. Masses from liquid to highly viscous consistency with a filling volume of up to 80% as well as solid ingredients may be processed. By the consistent application of a modular concept, the machine is extremely user friendly, versatile, simple to clean and allows easy and quick product change.
With the new UDM-050, bars, pralines and chocolates can be produced – either solid oder filled.
