A AWEMA depositing machine model MICRO or UDM (Universal Depositing Machine) lets you produce many popular chocolate products fully automated.
Filled items are made by using the One-Shot technology . This techniques allows making e.g. filled pralines in one single production step. With the optional Quadro-Shot extension chocolate products even consisting of up to four different masses can made in one step.

Painting and decoration of confectionery products is still commonly done manually. With the ARTIST-212 we achieved fully automation of most of this time-consuming labour work by combining a special depositing system with the latest robotics.
